Muscle x Movement is a Remedial Therapy business that uses both movement and soft tissue therapy to allow our patients to excel after treatment. We have experience in treating athletes across all kinds of sports which include but are not limited to triathletes, swimmers, footballers, track and fielders, etc. We have also considerable interest in myofascial Release and Barefoot Training and will soon be adding pilates to our range of services so stay tuned!
